Swiss Connect Academy offers courses, learning materials and educational methods that are tailored to the needs of the world of work and its required competencies of today and tomorrow. It stands for up-to-date advanced training that uses the advantages of digitization without neglecting human aspects such as class and trainer.
Our management course consists of three modules and gives you the tools to become a responsible, far-sighted, inspiring and efficient leader.
General Management (12 weeks)
You will learn to establish a connection between basic concepts of corporate management and the basic principles of economics in order to formulate economic, social and ecological goals for the company.
You will also learn how to provide your team with meaningful figures and financial data in order to derive options for action.
Personal Management (10 weeks)
You will learn to use modern HR management and leadership tools to ensure personnel development while taking legal requirements into account.
Change Management (10 weeks)
You will learn to define and implement change measures or projects at team / group level.
You will learn to plan, lead and evaluate a change project at your management level.
At the end of the further training for management and leadership, you will receive a confirmation of participation from the Swiss Connect Academy. Optionally, you can register with the SVF (Swiss Association for Leadership Training) for the module exams. For each passed module you will receive a certificate from the SVF and upon successful completion of all modules you will receive the “Certificate SVF-ASFC Management”.
If you also have the “Certificate SVF-ASVC Leadership”, you can register for the professional examination, which leads to the federal certificate of leadership specialist.

If necessary, EDUCA SWISS (Swiss Foundation for Education Promotion and Financing) will support you in planning and financing your educational project.
Financial benefits
The federal government pays up to 50 percent of the chargeable course fees for the SVF management course if you take the professional examination, up to a maximum of 9,500 CHF.
From January 2018, graduates of courses that prepare for a federal examination will be financially supported. You can submit a corresponding application to the federal government.
